Leonard Weber has been painting
cities, towns, villages, historic sites for 22 years.
His panoramic prints may be found thru-out the United Estates as well
as England, Portugal, Taiwan and Japan.
In 1993, Leonard Weber was made an honorary citizen of the satate
of Maryland by Gov. Schaeffer.
